Atlantic Outreach Group believes that everyone should have access to food and we take pride in being able to assist in the fight against hunger in our communities. Our pantry offers supplemental food for individuals, families and pet owners.
How to Receive Food:
Our pantry is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM for urgent food needs (food provided will last a day or two). No need to call ahead, we will have something for you here! Ring the doorbell, and staff or volunteers will assist you outside. One food bag is provided per person/household.
Anyone in need of more food should call us at (804) 308-2648 to schedule an appointment. These appointments will provide you with non-perishable, refrigerated, and frozen foods to last several days. We allow one appointment per household each week, based on availability at the time we speak with you.
*Please try to call between 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. If we do not answer, leave a voicemail and we'll return it as quickly as we can.
We also offer very limited home deliveries on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM, by appointment only and subject to availability. Due to the high volume of delivery requests, we ask that you consider taking public transportation or having someone trustworthy (family, friend, neighbor, counselor or case manager) pick up on your behalf if you are unable to do so yourself.
