Who We Are

ABOUT US

Atlantic Outreach Group

Founded in 2010, we assist those that are overwhelmed by physical, mental, emotional, social and financial challenges, by providing resources that assist in making positive sustainable changes in their lives.

We act as a resource compass providing direction to individuals by bridging the gap between those in need and those who assist in meeting those needs through effective community programs and services.

Our Mission

AOG empowers individuals and communities experiencing food insecurity and substance use barriers by providing essential services that promote self sufficiency.

Our Vision

A future where anyone in need has access to comprehensive support to overcome food insecurity and substance use barriers.

Our Values

We create lasting change through collaboration, uphold integrity and transparency, and strive for excellence while valuing diversity, dignity, and respect for all.
